Will my basement be waterproof?

What is cavity drain waterproofing?

Cavity drain waterproofing, often called Type C waterproofing, uses a studded membrane on the walls and floor to manage water behind the internal finish. Water is directed to drainage channels and, where required, a sump pump system.
